Young Adults

There are often very limited resources for young adults who are having difficulty finding a career path, social connection, and/or independence. For students that do not enter a post-secondary education or training program, for young adults that are struggling to get through college or find a meaningful career, a path forward can feel elusive. This can generate feelings like hopeless, fatigue, and a negative sense of self.

Mike works with young adults to help them understand the possibilities, discover their strengths, explore potential interests, develop a manageable plan and then act on plans. Plans target each individual's personal goals, which can include career development, educational journey, social connections, and/or progress towards independence. In life, as any of us pursue goals, we learn more about ourselves and goals can and do change. That is OK. Working towards goals is where the discovery of meaning and purpose begins.
